  8. DESCRIPTION
  9.     CBatch is a special permutation of the 'compress' utility. It compresses
  10.     batches of news articles, prepending them with the '#! cunbatch' header.
  11.     The -b option specifies the size of the compression codes to be used
  12.     (12 is recommended).
  13.  
  14.     CBatch is called by the BatchNews program and should not be used directly.
  15.     Use the 'compress' utility for general file compression chores.
